## Description

Rescue Pengy is a community-led project that began as a takeover of $PENGY, a Solana meme coin, after its original developer left. The community describes the token as part of the infrastructure supporting a broader mission: building a children’s entertainment brand centered on Pengy, an adventurous character intended to encourage courage, imagination, kindness, creativity, curiosity and learning.

The planned ecosystem spans stories and animation, books, games, educational experiences, music, toys and collectibles, clothing, and future immersive offerings such as virtual and augmented reality. The project also envisions Pengy World, where children could explore, solve problems and create, as well as global partnerships to expand the character’s reach. Its stated approach is to create engaging entertainment that parents can trust and that positively shapes children’s experiences, drawing on Christian values without relying on shallow preaching.

The community presents $PENGY as a supporting component rather than the mission itself. The token is on Solana, and the site invites visitors to join the community through Telegram and explore or buy the token.
