## Description

Réseaux d’Avenir is a French national association that brings together people and organizations working to make retirement accessible to people with disabilities. Its central initiative, Un Avenir Après le Travail (UAAT), supports workers in Établissements et Services d’Accompagnement par le Travail (ESAT) as they prepare for life after work. The approach also encourages ESATs, social and support services, and retirement-sector organizations to collaborate so that retirement services are more accessible to people with disabilities.

The initiative provides practical information on preparing for retirement, including guidance on key steps, legislation, frequently asked questions, and personal experiences. It also offers training, advocacy, news, and opportunities to join or create local collectives. The network reports activity across eight regions, with 10 collectives, 450 ESATs, and 800 trained professionals, alongside one national association. Through its resources and partnerships, Réseaux d’Avenir helps workers, their supporters, professionals, volunteers, researchers, and others understand and advance the transition to retirement.
