## Description

Reserve Care is a nonprofit hospice and palliative care organization serving patients and families across Northern Ohio. With nearly 50 years of experience, it partners with individuals, families and healthcare professionals to provide expert, compassionate care through serious illness, end of life and bereavement. Its teams listen to patients’ needs, explain care options and adapt services as circumstances change, with a focus on comfort, dignity and personal goals.
