Our units range from studios to 4 ½-bedroom apartments, all designed to provide an ergonomic and secure environment that makes life easier for you. Each apartment features a spacious bathroom, a balcony with a private view, and excellent soundproofing.

At Résidence Plaisance, we provide a reassuring, energizing, and pleasant living environment, regardless of your resident profile. Our residence has distinct sectors with air-conditioned common areas, as well as a private lounge and two laundry rooms on each floor. There will be two separate wings in Résidence Plaisance, one with 143 units for independent seniors and another with 65 rooms for seniors with significant physical autonomy loss or major cognitive deficits.
