## Description

Resolute BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission wrestling club located at The People’s Palace on Pydar Street in central Truro, Cornwall. It offers training for adults, children and teens, welcoming complete beginners as well as experienced martial artists. Classes cover Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi and No Gi formats, alongside submission wrestling, fundamentals sessions and open mats. The club also provides personal training and bookable private sessions, with instruction and development tailored to each participant’s goals. Training may support fitness, recreation, self-defence or competition, and includes live practice such as sparring and drilling. New visitors can try a week of classes free, with no obligation.
