## Description

Resouro Strategic Metals is a Canadian-based company focused on discovering and developing critical mineral resources in Brazil. It aims to advance economically viable projects while respecting the communities and environment where it operates. Its portfolio includes the Tiros and Novo Mundo projects, located in established mining districts with potential for further discoveries.

Tiros, in northern Minas Gerais, is Resouro’s flagship project and its primary development focus. The company reports a JORC resource of 1.9 billion tonnes of measured, indicated and inferred material, containing rare earth elements and titanium. It describes Tiros as Brazil’s largest known JORC resource of these minerals. The project covers approximately 500 square kilometres across several exploration permits and is 90% owned through Resouro’s Brazilian subsidiary. A metallurgical test-work program is underway, and the company highlights the project’s high-grade rare earth elements, ultra-high-grade titanium dioxide and access to established infrastructure.

Resouro also provides investor information, including financial reports, presentations, share-price details and company announcements. Its shares trade on the ASX, TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB.
