## Description

Ressourcestedet is a massage and psychomotor therapy practice in Esbjerg, Denmark, run by Natasha Lodberg. Its welcoming treatment space is designed to support calm, presence and care for the whole person. The practice offers one-to-one sessions that combine conversation, exercises and hands-on treatment, with approaches tailored to each client’s needs and circumstances.

Services include psychomotor therapy, relaxation massage, holistic massage and Ressourcestedet’s signature treatment, Fornyet. The practice also offers guided relaxation in small groups. Treatments may support people experiencing stress, tension, discomfort or a sense of being worn out, while encouraging greater body awareness and connection between physical and emotional wellbeing. Massage is described as a calm, attentive experience rather than a mechanical routine.
