## Description

Resting Waters is a pet funeral home and water cremation provider serving the greater Seattle area and Pacific Northwest. Part of the Evvi family, the business has offered water cremation since 2016, with a focus on treating pets and their families with compassion, respect and care. Services are available by appointment seven days a week, with same-day appointments sometimes offered.

Resting Waters provides aquamation, also known as alkaline hydrolysis, as an alternative to flame cremation. Families can have their pet’s ashes returned in an urn or scattered in Puget Sound. The team also arranges transportation from homes and veterinary practices, and supports families whose pets have passed naturally. A dedicated grieving space in West Seattle allows families to say goodbye and discuss aftercare in person.

Additional offerings include memorial items such as paw prints, fur clippings, urns, jewelry, cremation stones and blown glass; pre-planning guidance; limited-basis skull preservation; and handcrafted plaster paw castings.
