## Description

REST Mission is a Christian nonprofit working to build lasting change through education, health, community service, and whole-person faith. Its work focuses on Ponce, Puerto Rico, Southern California, and communities across the region, with an emphasis on long-term relationships and locally led growth.

The organization brings its mission to life through four initiatives. Creative Futures supports young people from childhood into adulthood with after-school arts, music, mentoring, and leadership programs, then connects adults ages 18 to 26 with employers for trade apprenticeships, training, and certifications. Healing in Motion advances health outreach, including plans for dental care in Mayagüez. Building Connections brings people together through service, creativity, and faith. ReEnergized Living offers coaching, workbooks, and year-round wellness resources addressing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

REST Mission also organizes mission trips and local volunteering, welcomes employee service teams, and accepts donations to sustain ongoing work. Its 2027 campaign aims to establish a year-round presence in Puerto Rico, including after-school programming, an on-the-ground team, a permanent REST Hub, and continuing dental care.
