Retirement Miramichi Inc. (RMI) is a rental retirement community located in Miramichi, New Brunswick. Our goal is to attract retirees who want to live and spend their money in our city without competing for local jobs.

While we don't have an age restriction, all residents must be retired. We offer year-to-year leases, with a minimum commitment of 12 months. Our community has a total of 263 housing units, with 98.

5% of them currently occupied or reserved. Although we have 17 different styles of units, not all are available for rent. To check for current vacancies, we recommend contacting our office.

Utilities such as oil (for heat), electricity, water, sewage, telephone, internet, and television services are the responsibility of the tenant. Rent includes snow removal, lawn cutting, parking, and hot water, and tenants have access to our onsite social/community center, The HeRMItage, at no additional charge. We prioritize our tenants on waiting lists, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is collected upon move-in
