## Description

RETOV is a German hardcore roleplay server built around structured play, clear rules and meaningful consequences. Its vision is a city where characters have something to lose and decisions leave a lasting record. The community emphasizes earning money through work, service and rank, treating violence as a last resort, and maintaining factions with genuine responsibilities rather than titles alone.

Each faction has its own hierarchy, accounts, vehicles and records. RETOV’s custom framework connects in-game activity with administrative systems for member files, promotions and demotions, payroll, financial transactions, vehicle use, inventories and decision logs. Changes are recorded with dates and authors, and permissions are limited by faction so oversight is traceable.

RETOV also offers Vovado, its own communication program combining voice, text chat and a friends list. It runs on RETOV’s server and shows users’ in-game activity. Prospective members are asked to read the rules, create an account and submit an application; they can track its status through their account before speaking with the team.
