## Description

Dynamic Neural Retraining Systems Ltd offers the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS), a drug-free, self-directed program based on neuroplasticity. It is designed to help participants retrain the brain, regulate the nervous system, and interrupt stress-response patterns associated with chronic symptoms. The program combines structured daily exercises with gentle, incremental training and brain- and body-based strategies.

DNRS is presented for people experiencing conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, long COVID, multiple chemical sensitivity, mold illness, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Participants can access an on-demand video program, with a full year of streaming access and 13 hours of instructional content. The organization also offers a 21-day free trial, self-assessment resources, and information about how the program works.

Ongoing support includes one-on-one and group coaching, live community sessions, online forums, and Share-a-Laugh classes. Founded by Annie Hopper, DNRS has operated since 2008 and shares client outcomes, success stories, and research resources. The company notes that its website content is informational and not a substitute for medical advice.
