About Réunion THD
Description
Réunion THD is a public establishment created by the Région Réunion to deploy and operate the THD public network. Our goal is to achieve 100% coverage by 2022, working complementarily with private operators. The project focuses on six targeted municipalities: Cilaos, Salazie, Sainte-Rose, Saint-Philippe, Les Avirons, and L'Entre-Deux.
At Réunion THD, we offer a range of fiber optic services for individuals, professionals, operators, and local communities. Our teams have completed the deployment in several municipalities, with coverage rates exceeding 98%. However, there are still a few locations that cannot be fibered due to feasibility or access reasons, and we are working with local stakeholders to address these issues.
We are also continuously expanding our infrastructure to meet the growing demand. Additionally, we are now constructing the Réseau d'Initiative Publique for the villages of Petit Serré, Bellevue, and Les Makes in the commune of Saint Louis.
