## Description

Re:version is a Japanese company that plans and operates play-by-web (PBW) role-playing games. Its guiding idea is to keep human-powered role-playing alive: rather than relying on software to manage every part of a game, PBW uses people to shape the experience. Stories and dramatic event scenes are created by human contributors, and players may receive unique illustrations made specifically for them. Re:version presents its games as collaborative adventures in which participants help bring fictional worlds to life.

Its featured titles include Pandora Party Project, a fate-collecting RPG set in a chaotic world where players take on the role of “Irregulars” and begin their own adventures. The company also offers Lost Arcadia -Last Code Daybreak-, a post-apocalyptic story set after angels destroy the world, with humanity surviving in its last “paradise” and players striving to reclaim the world. Through these games, Re:version combines role-playing, original storytelling, and bespoke creative work, giving participants opportunities to explore evolving settings and contribute to their narratives.
