## Description

REvolution Fight ry is a martial arts club in Salo, Finland, offering instruction for beginners and experienced practitioners. Its training programme includes Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), Krav Maga, and mixed martial arts (MMA), with sessions led by qualified instructors. BJJ focuses on ground fighting, submissions, and chokes, while Krav Maga teaches practical self-defence techniques. MMA combines skills from different martial arts, including striking and grappling.
