## Description

RFG Integrative Fitness is a nonprofit adaptive sports program based in Jeffersontown, Kentucky, serving children with special needs. Founded in Louisville in 2021 by Lindsay Haycraft, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and professional kickboxer, the organization adapts kickboxing techniques and training methods to help participants address physical challenges and work toward personal fitness goals. Its approach brings the special needs program into the wider gym community, where athletes train alongside members in other programs. RFG believes this inclusive setting encourages mutual respect and creates a supportive network, with each participant working toward their own goals as part of one team. The organization also hosts live events where participants can demonstrate their skills, celebrate their progress, and take part in the community. As a 501(c)(3), RFG Integrative Fitness relies on grants, donations, and sponsors to support its outreach and operating costs. The organization has received grants from Crusade for Children and Kosair for Kids.
