Rio Grande LNG, a project developed by NextDecade, is at the forefront of creating a more sustainable approach to liquefied natural gas (LNG) production. Located in Brownsville, Texas, the facility is under construction and will eventually produce up to 48 million tonnes per annum of LNG, including 27 million tonnes of low carbon intensive LNG upon completion. This innovative operation aims to meet the global demand for lower-carbon energy while combining advancements in carbon capture and storage technologies, which help reduce emissions and support clean energy goals. With experienced leadership and strategic partnerships, Rio Grande LNG is committed to environmental responsibility, community engagement, and the economic development of the Rio Grande Valley.
