## Description

Rheumatologix is a direct-pay rheumatology practice in Knoxville, Tennessee, led by board-certified rheumatologist Dr. Tonya Baker. The practice provides personalized care for people with rheumatic, autoimmune, and chronic pain conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, lupus, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain. Its whole-body, multidisciplinary approach treats medication as one part of a broader care plan and emphasizes understanding each patient’s background, lifestyle, and needs.

Through a monthly membership model, Rheumatologix offers direct access to Dr. Baker, longer appointments, and urgent or same-day visits for members. The practice says patients can typically get an initial appointment within days, without a referral, and offers direct-pay options rather than relying on traditional insurance-based access. Services include evaluation and treatment planning, ongoing rheumatology care, and support to help patients take an active role in managing their health. New patients can review practice information and forms, learn about plans and pricing, and sign up for membership. Rheumatologix serves patients from its Knoxville location and also provides educational information about rheumatologic conditions through its website.
