Rufe’s Helping Hand Health Care (RHHHC) is a family-owned NDIS service provider based in Cranbourne North, supporting people across southeastern Melbourne. Founded by the son and daughter-in-law of Rufe, a traditional midwife remembered for her respect, honesty and confidentiality, the organisation continues her caring legacy.
