# Rhizarthrose Spezialist - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `rhizarthrose-spezialist.de` ## Description Rhizarthrose Spezialist Herbert Seidel focuses on conservative orthotic treatment for osteoarthritis of the thumb saddle joint. Founded on the expertise of orthopaedic mechanic master Herbert Seidel, the practice developed the R.E.O. Rhizarthrose Extensions Orthese, a protected medical aid designed to relieve pressure on the affected joint while allowing movement of the thumb and wrist. A carbon-fibre version, the C-R.E.O., is also available for long-term provision. Treatment begins with a detailed assessment and suitability testing by orthopaedic technicians at selected, licensed specialist businesses. If the tests indicate that the orthosis may help, it is individually made and adjusted through follow-up appointments. The service includes ongoing checks and fitting as the patient’s hand changes. The website reports that many users experience prompt pain relief, while outcomes can vary. Herbert Seidel provides advice, coordinates care with nearby licensed partners, and offers information through downloadable resources and videos. The orthoses are listed as medical aids and may be covered by health insurers when medically necessary; coverage depends on the individual case and payer. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Medicine _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Health Conditions and Concerns _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/rhizarthrose.spezialist) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCKyx8-xdqB7fizPI3NtcRvQ) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idTMrQ8la9/w/135/h/30/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793727613955) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idTMrQ8la9/w/600/h/600/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793727614277) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Dodger Blue | #2e64fe | accent | | Mine Shaft | #222222 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Lato — asset _(google)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
