## Description

Rhodes Chroma is a dedicated platform that serves as a comprehensive community hub for enthusiasts of the Chroma synthesizer, a celebrated instrument in music technology. First launched on February 21, 1999, the site began as a modest collection of five pages created by Chris Ryan, an original Chroma owner who has since transformed it into an extensive resource with over 300 pages. The platform thrives on contributions from Chroma owners and collaboration with various print publications, offering an array of articles, images, and historical insights.

The site aims to foster a supportive environment for Chroma users, a community that experienced limited resources since the decline of the Chroma Cult group in the mid-1980s. In addition to sharing user experiences and knowledge, Rhodes Chroma emphasizes design and usability, reflecting Chris Ryan's professional background as a software interaction designer. Overall, Rhodes Chroma stands as an essential resource for both veteran users and those new to the Chroma synthesizer, promoting a vibrant and engaged musical community.
