RH Seating is a digital seating and guest-information platform for weddings, celebrations, and hosted events. It helps hosts and coordinators turn a guest list into a clear, welcoming arrival experience, with a free first event for up to 250 guests and no credit card required.

Users can add names manually, paste a list, or upload a CSV, then assign guests to tables or specific chairs using a visual room layout. Guests find their place by scanning a QR code and searching their name—no app or account is needed. The guest page can also display event menus, allergy information, registry links, and a floor plan, with language options in 17 languages.

Hosts can choose and customize page templates, preview changes, and update seating while keeping the same link and QR code. For paid events, RH Seating also generates printable escort cards, place cards, table numbers, and entrance signs from the seating plan.
