## Description

Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group (RHTWG) is a Las Vegas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving individuals and families across Clark County. Its community-led, trauma-informed approach helps people move from instability toward greater self-sufficiency through peer support, stability planning, resource navigation, and wellness programming. No referral or clinical history is required, and the organization says no one is turned away.

RHTWG offers six program tracks: the RISE Stability Pathway; support for women veterans; transition services for young people aging out of foster care; Community Health Worker assistance; Wellness Circles; and A Hand Up. Services include housing navigation, shelter and rental assistance referrals, help recovering identification and vital documents, and guidance with SNAP, Medicaid, and other benefits. Programs also include peer circles, emotional wellness workshops, parenting and family support, life-skills mentoring, food and hygiene supplies, employment readiness, and financial literacy.

Depending on the program, support is free, low-cost, sliding-scale, or donation-based. RHTWG works with local churches, libraries, and community centers to connect Las Vegas residents with practical help and welcoming community resources.
