## Description

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is a global hospitality group specialising in luxury event catering, premium workplace dining and the management of iconic cultural destinations. Founded in 1996, the company has offices in London and New York and an expanding portfolio of restaurants worldwide. Its work centres on creating memorable experiences through exceptional food, drink and service, delivered with precision, style and creativity.

Rhubarb offers catering and planning for weddings, corporate events, private parties, office functions, charity events and seasonal celebrations. It also operates restaurants, bars and cafés, provides dining services for workplaces, and manages restaurants and hospitality at cultural venues and other prominent locations. Its teams include event planners, chefs, hospitality managers and an in-house branding and design studio, enabling the company to develop tailored concepts and guest experiences.

The collection highlights seasonal menus featuring plant-led dishes, British fish, meats, pastries and drinks. Rhubarb also pursues sustainability through responsible sourcing, zero-waste principles, inclusive practices and community partnerships, including work with The Felix Project.
