The journal publishes two issues each year and makes articles available online, including an online-first section and current and archived issues. Its coverage includes topics such as perioperative care, anesthesia techniques, pain management, regional anesthesia, airway management, and the use of emerging technologies in patient care. Recent articles address subjects including postoperative nausea prevention, virtual reality for preoperative anxiety, spinal anesthesia adjuvants, and nerve blocks. Authors can find submission guidance, track manuscripts, and access information about editorial policies, open access, licensing, and permissions.
