KC's Rib Shack is a beloved BBQ brand in Manchester, NH, known as New Hampshire's favorite BBQ for over two decades. Their passion lies in serving the world's finest hickory-smoked ribs and BBQ. The brand's journey began in 1998 when the founders stumbled upon an article about Curtis Tuff, a man selling barbecue out of an old school bus in Vermont.

Inspired by the experience, they decided to open their own barbecue restaurant. Despite having little restaurant experience and only $4000 between them, they found a small location and put everything they had into making their dream a reality. Since then, KC's Rib Shack has grown and learned, but their commitment to serving top-quality barbecue has remained unchanged.
