## Description

Ricercamy is a specialist headhunting team that helps companies find qualified professionals through a targeted, hands-on recruitment approach. Rather than relying only on job advertisements, its consultants proactively identify and engage candidates, aiming to match each business with the right person for its needs. The company describes its approach as an alternative to traditional recruitment agencies, combining tailored searches with close collaboration and clear communication.

Its services include proactive headhunting and support throughout the selection process. Clients can choose services through a credit-based “No Fee” model, designed to provide greater control over recruitment spending and avoid large placement fees; Ricercamy says this can reduce costs by up to 70% compared with traditional models. Progress and evaluations are shared through a cloud-based file available around the clock, and candidate skills are checked as part of the process. The team includes specialists in areas such as retail, technology, automation and metalworking. Ricercamy aims to make hiring more efficient, transparent and focused, while helping companies save time and resources.
