## Description

Richard Andrš is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu and grappling coach based in Prague, Czech Republic, and the head coach and co-founder of Choketopus Gym. A black belt with an educational background at Charles University’s Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, he teaches people to understand and solve problems in close-range combat through a structured approach to training.

Rather than simply accumulating techniques, Andrš emphasizes better decision-making. His teaching connects each part of the learning process, combining drills, gradually increasing resistance, and positional sparring. Training is adapted to each person’s experience and goals, from beginners taking their first steps to athletes preparing for competition.

Andrš coaches at Choketopus Gym and shares demonstrations of his teaching. He accepts private lessons only in exceptional cases; sessions are listed at 2,500–5,000 CZK for 60 minutes, depending on timing and requirements. Visitors can contact him by email and follow his work through Choketopus Gym, the RAW JIU JITSU YouTube channel, and Instagram.
