RASS (Richmond Addiction Services Society) is a non-profit organization dedicated to addiction prevention and education. We offer a wide range of health promotion, prevention, and early intervention services for children, youth, and families. Our mission is to foster resilience, enhance life skills, and build connections through meaningful activities and resources, in order to prevent the early onset of addiction and mental health challenges. Our services are evidence-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed, and are available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Serbo-Croatian, depending on the program.

We prioritize the importance of relationships in prevention, including our relationship with ourselves, each other, and our environment. With a team of empathetic and knowledgeable staff, we are passionate about serving the community and making a difference. Our agency is supported by a dedicated board of directors, and we collaborate with other programs and organizations in the community of Richmond to provide comprehensive resources and support.
