Welcome to Richmond Hill, an ecumenical Christian fellowship and residential community located in Richmond, Virginia. Founded in 1987, Richmond Hill serves as stewards of an urban retreat center within the historic setting of a monastery. Our mission is to seek God's healing for Metropolitan Richmond through prayer, hospitality, racial reconciliation, and spiritual development.

At Richmond Hill, we offer a variety of programs and services. Join us in the chapel for daily prayer services, held seven days a week, where you can find solace and renewal. We also have weekly community worship services and meals, as well as special events and retreats for personal and group spiritual enrichment.

We invite individuals interested in intentional community living to explore our residential community and reach out to our co-pastoral directors for a discernment process. Additionally, we offer various open positions on our staff, some of which are residential.
