Richmond Police Athletic League (PAL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the youth of the City of Richmond. Through mentorship programs, educational support, and sports and recreational activities, PAL aims to bridge the gap between Richmond families, the community, and the police department. Their vision is to nurture and guide young individuals into becoming productive and contributing citizens.

PAL offers a variety of programs, including Biddy Basketball, Boxing, NFL Flag Football, Tennis, P. H. I.

T. Program, Cycling Club, Lacrosse, Soccer, Richmond Police Explorers, Boys in Blue, Youth Leadership Council, PAL Band, Public Safety 5K, Summer Camp, and Spring Break Camp. These programs focus on character education, academic support, and promoting skills such as integrity, trust, safety, respect, leadership, and teamwork.
