RICTA Rwanda is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to representing the interests of the Rwandan Internet community. Founded in 2005, our main objective is to manage the .RW country code top-level domain and the Rwanda Internet Exchange Point. Our impartial position ensures that we promote and enhance Internet usage in Rwanda. However, our work goes beyond domain management and includes the promotion of local content localization. We proudly support the Rwanda Internet Governance Forum as a neutral secretariat and organize technical trainings such as the Rwanda Network Operators Group to enhance the expertise of local engineers. At RICTA, we value professionalism, commitment, honesty, integrity, respect, excellence, and a proactive mindset. Our dedicated team, led by our Chief Executive Officer Grace INGABIRE, works tirelessly to guarantee the best Internet user experience to drive digital growth in Rwanda and beyond.
