## Description

Ride and Recover is an indoor cycling and recovery studio located at Sporttraum Soccerhalle in Kirchheim bei München. It brings energetic group rides and recovery services together under one roof, helping members combine challenging exercise with time to recharge. Indoor cycling sessions are led by professional coaches and use ICG Connect and Coach By Color technology, with on-screen ride experiences and five color-coded performance zones to support training tailored to each participant’s level and goals.

After a ride, visitors can use the Recovery Zone, where Reboots compression pants provide pneumatic massage while they relax in a lounge seat. The studio says this service is designed to support circulation and post-workout recovery. Ride and Recover also offers one-to-one personal training with individually adapted exercises, as well as EMS training using a wireless EasyMotionSkin suit. EMS sessions are available one-to-one or for two people and can be adjusted to individual needs, with a focus on muscle building, toning and core stability.
