## Description

RideforU is a driver-first ride and delivery platform preparing to launch in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, with a stated launch target of September 2026. Its model centers on zero commission: drivers keep 100% of each fare, paid directly by cash or UPI, while riders receive transparent estimates without surge pricing or hidden fees. The service brings five options into one app: bike rides, auto-rickshaw trips, cab journeys, hourly hire-a-driver bookings for customers using their own vehicles, and same-day parcel delivery.

Riders can enter pickup and destination details, review an estimated fare, and connect with a nearby verified driver. Safety features include OTP-verified pickups, live GPS sharing, one-tap SOS alerts, background checks, and round-the-clock support. Drivers can go online, view trip details and fares before accepting requests, and receive direct payment. RideforU also describes a Gold membership for qualifying drivers, offering an annual bonus, health benefits, and priority ride matching, as well as a Driver Welfare Foundation that provides grants for health and education.
