## Description

RIDR is a free mountain biking app and community platform developed by RIDR GmbH for riders of all abilities, from beginners to experienced racers. Built by people involved in trail building, coaching, and European mountain biking, it brings ride tracking, skill development, challenges, and rider connections together in one place.

The app automatically records ride routes, distance, and speed, helping users review their activity and follow their progress over time. Riders can share outings, join community Spaces connected to trails and bike parks, and meet other mountain bikers nearby. Challenges and leaderboards add a competitive element, with some challenges run by partners and opportunities to pursue real prizes.

RIDR also offers riding technique content, including the GREENLIGHT method developed by founder and MTB pioneer Diddie Schneider. Its skills resources are designed to help riders build confidence and improve their technique. The app is available at no cost on iOS through the App Store and on Android through Google Play.
