## Description

Rijngoud is the independent practice of Edmond Schoorel, a Dutch pediatrician who has devoted his current work to sharing knowledge about anthroposophy and children’s development. After ending his pediatric practice in 2021, Schoorel made lectures and courses his main activities, drawing on decades of professional experience and study. Rijngoud serves both parents and professionals through lectures, tailored courses, and training in organizing and leading discussions about children. The site also features publications, videos, an events calendar, and a blog exploring child development and related themes.

Rijngoud’s online shop offers books and educational materials, including Spreken, about how children find their voice; Verwachten, on expectation, trust, and fulfilment; and a brochure about school readiness and preparation for formal learning. Schoorel’s background includes founding and leading the Kindertherapeuticum, where he worked from 1996 until ending his clinical practice. His additional studies covered anthroposophic medicine, therapeutic eurythmy, and anthroposophic medicines. Through its educational services and resources, Rijngoud makes this experience available to people seeking perspectives on children’s growth and development.
