Rise & Lead Women is a dynamic not-for-profit organization that aims to accelerate women's leadership representation in both workplaces and the marketplace. Founded in 2018, we provide valuable resources and support for women across Europe, spanning various sectors and industries. At Rise & Lead Women, we offer a range of programs and services designed to empower and uplift women.

Our annual Rise & Lead Summit & Awards, a prestigious 2-day global leadership conference, brings together industry leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and next-gen leaders to share insights and foster growth. In addition, we have established a vibrant community that connects senior executives and professionals, providing them with solutions for creating more inclusive, equitable, and diverse work environments. Our Leadership Development program, the Rise To Leadership Program, is an intensive 8-week initiative focused on building the leadership confidence of women in mid-senior management positions, preparing them for top leadership roles.

Furthermore, through our Board Apprenticeship program, we aim to enhance board diversity in the EU by providing high-potential women with the opportunity to gain firsthand experience as board apprentices for one year. Join us for our upcoming event, the Rise & Lead Summit and Awards 2023, themed Breaking Barriers; Building Bridges: Unleashing The Power Of Inclusive Leadership. This event will take place on September 14-15 at Hotel NH Den Haag or online, providing a platform for learning, networking, and celebrating women's achievements.
