RisiAlbania is an innovative brand supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, SDC, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and Economy. Implemented by Helvetas and Partners Albania, RisiAlbania aims to provide more employment opportunities for young people in Albania, aged 15-29 years, in a sustainable and inclusive manner. They do this through interventions in four main pillars. Firstly, RisiAlbania focuses on increasing the demand for new jobs in the private sector, specifically in tourism, agribusiness, and information and communication technology. Secondly, RisiAlbania stimulates the supply of skills, programs, and innovative methodologies that businesses in these sectors require. Thirdly, RisiAlbania improves the career counseling and intermediation services in the labor market, helping young people make informed decisions about their career paths. Lastly, RisiAlbania promotes the inclusion of young people, particularly those from marginalized groups, in the labor market. By addressing these pillars, RisiAlbania aims to make the labor market work for young people in Albania, creating a sustainable and inclusive future for the country.
