## Description

Rising Moon Tai Chi (RMTC) is a tai chi and qigong school based on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Australia. It welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners to learn and practise in a supportive community, with classes ranging from beginner to advanced. Face-to-face instruction includes Qigong, Yang Style Tai Chi and weapons, while an on-demand program offers step-by-step video lessons for home practice, guided by founder and instructor Sifu Jenny Harrison.

Beyond regular classes, RMTC runs workshops, social events, Chinese festival celebrations and community performances, including activities that support charities and local organisations. Its broader programs include tailored sessions for corporate and community groups, a foundation course for aspiring tai chi and qigong teachers, and personalised instructor mentoring with Sifu Jenny. The school also provides resources on tai chi and qigong forms, movement principles, concepts and traditions. Students can explore styles including Yang, Sun and Chen, alongside traditional and modern forms and weapons.
