## Description

Show Musik Corps 1958 Mainzer Ritter Gilde e.V. is a musical group based in Mainz, Germany, combining live performance with the community traditions of the Mainzer Ritter Gilde. The organization shares information about its history, members, rehearsals, activities and upcoming events, and welcomes enquiries about booking the ensemble for performances.

Its program is suited to a range of occasions, from public concerts and festival tent gatherings to private celebrations and parades. The group offers a two-hour concert repertoire intended to appeal to different ages and musical tastes. For processions, its approximately 25-member ensemble can provide musical accompaniment, led by a colorful display of flags. The corps has also led Mainz’s annual Rose Monday parade for many years.

For carnival events and other occasions, the group presents a show lasting up to 20 minutes, combining music, lighting and movement. Its website also highlights opportunities for children and young people, regular practice sessions, leisure activities and community involvement. Show Musik Corps invites prospective hosts to contact the organization about arranging an appearance.
