## Description

RIU Class is the free loyalty programme of RIU Hotels & Resorts, rewarding guests for their stays with points, discounts and exclusive benefits. Members earn points on hotel stays and can redeem them for discounts on bookings made directly with RIU, as well as eligible extra expenses at the hotel. The programme also offers benefits such as special requests, point transfers between RIU Class accounts and, at select destinations, complimentary transfers or couples’ massages.

Membership includes three tiers. Guests become RIU Class Classic after their first stay or by registering previous stays. Staying 30 nights within two consecutive years can qualify members for Gold status, while 60 nights can unlock Diamond status. Higher tiers offer additional advantages, including the opportunity to redeem up to the full value of eligible RIU Class direct bookings, earn more points per night and access exclusive RIU Shop Online discounts.

Members can manage their account and download a digital card through riu.com or the RIU app.
