Riverine Plains Inc is an independent farming systems group dedicated to improving the profitability and prosperity of broadacre farming systems in north-east Victoria and southern New South Wales. With a membership drawn from the eastern NSW–Victoria border region, known as the Riverine Plain, Riverine Plains focuses on providing independent, timely, and relevant information to its members. Their offerings include a rigorous research program, an annual schedule of events, and publications to keep members informed. Specializing in farmer-driven research and extension, Riverine Plains delivers on-the-ground benefits to its members. They believe in the power of quality information, leading-edge research, and sharing ideas to create more progressive and resilient farming communities. With their motto of Farmers Inspiring Farmers, Riverine Plains aims to foster collaboration and inspire innovation among its members. As a registered charity, Riverine Plains can attract a wider range of funding for their research and extension programs. They are also endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient, allowing tax-deductible donations to their Research and Scholarship Fund.
