Rivers of Hope is a compassionate brand offering in-home care services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our Adult Family Care (AFC) program is designed for adults aged 18 and older with developmental, intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities who are unable to live alone safely. These individuals live with trained paid caregivers who provide daily assistance. For clients who are independent but desire support, we offer Independent Care services, including assistance with driving, grooming, social events, companionship, home organizing, and medicine coordination.

We also provide Dependent Care for clients with minimal mobility or chronic illnesses who require more intensive support with daily activities. Our Companion Care service offers regular companionship to make everyday life easier. At Rivers of Hope, we are dedicated to maximizing our members' independence, promoting kindness and understanding, fostering inclusion within families, and building community connections.
