## Description

RMS, the Royal Microscopical Society, has been a leading authority in microscopy and imaging since 1839. As the only truly international microscopical society, we attract distinguished members from around the globe. Our community serves the needs of companies involved in the manufacturing and supply of microscopes, equipment, and services. We offer a range of products and services to microscope users, including training courses, networking events, and publications such as the Journal of Microscopy and in focus magazine. We are dedicated to outreach activities, providing free Microscope Activity Kits for primary schools and maintaining the Facilities Database, the best resource for microscope and imaging facilities. To ensure we stay at the forefront of the field, we seek guidance and expertise from our Scientific Section Committees, composed of industry and academic experts. The RMS is committed to equal opportunities and fair treatment for all. Follow us on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for regular updates. Learn more about our history, patrons, and honorary fellows on our website. Join us as we continue to advance the world of microscopy.
