5 BBL pilot brewing system, allowing us to research, develop, and gather feedback from the vibrant craft brewing community. This dedication to innovation led to the creation of award-winning beers like the Gold Medal-winning Bock and Bronze Medal-winning Mexican Lager at the 2018 U. S.

Open Beer Championship. Our Seven Saturdays IPA and Riviera Lager also scored Silver medals, while Remix claimed the bronze in the fruit IPA category. As our portfolio grew, we became the Official Team Beers of esteemed institutions such as the Carolina Hurricanes, Wake Forest University, and Appalachian State University.

To accommodate our expanding operations, we upgraded to a 20 bbl brewhouse and are now planning a new 30,000+ square foot production facility in Raleigh, N. C., featuring a taproom and outdoor beer garden. In February 2022, we proudly opened the Seven Saturdays Tap Room, inviting you to savor our delicious R&D Brewing beer.
