# de Rob Derksen Aanpak - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `robderksenaanpak.nl` ## Description Rob Derksen offers a personal, holistic approach to addiction, problematic use and unhealthy habits, grounded in his own experience with issues including sugar, alcohol, smoking, drugs, sex and online chatting. He presents addiction not as an illness but as a message that may point to unresolved emotions, fears, trauma or imbalances. His approach focuses on self-awareness, healing and changing negative beliefs, with the aim of helping people understand what they seek from a substance or activity and develop their own sense of strength and authenticity. Derksen emphasizes that this process takes time and attention, and encourages people to work on underlying causes rather than identify themselves with an addiction. His offerings include the online self-help program “Free from Addiction,” a series of introductory videos, personal development resources, meditations, books, a podcast and a blog. The site also features the online program “Heal the Wounded Inner Child” and group readings. Through these resources, Derksen aims to support and inspire people working toward change in their habits and personal lives. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Addictions _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/rob.derksen.bewustwording) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/robderksenbewustwording) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UC68imYD9ZhsurYyA8MESg5A) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idk5kcCc6P/w/692/h/202/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793171741336) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Green Pea | #277837 | accent | | Japanese Laurel | #046c1c | dark | | Shakespeare | #53c3d1 | light | ## Fonts - var(--uicore-typography--h1-f — asset _(custom)_ - var(--uicore-typography--p-f — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
