Robin Delselius Bageri is a delightful neighborhood bakery with that extra special touch - genuine feel, lovely handmade pastries, and sweets made from high-quality and natural ingredients. Our history dates back to the 1960s when Robin's grandfather, Jan Delselius, was a baker and later the head pastry chef at the prestigious NK bakery. In 1986, he decided to start his own family bakery on Värmdö, together with his three children.

Robin, growing up in the bakery, fell in love with the craft and learned the art of baking from his mother, Helén. With her knowledge and skill, Robin's passion for opening his own bakery grew. After 30 years on Värmdö, Robin brought his family's recipes to Södermalm and opened his first bakery there in 2016.
