# Robinnotes - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `robinnotes.website` ## Description Robinnotes is a beginner’s field notebook for discovering common birds in city environments. Designed for short, everyday walks, it helps readers learn familiar species before seeking rarer ones, using observation, behaviour and habitat as foundations for identification. The notebook includes three practical guides covering how to get started, how to observe birds ethically and where to find them in urban settings. Its advice emphasizes watching before consulting a guide, taking field notes and revisiting the same route regularly. It also explains basic bird anatomy, making the terms used in field descriptions easier to understand. Robinnotes features filterable identification cards for 14 common urban bird species, organized by habitat and size. Each card provides identification clues, typical behaviour, voice, length and likely settings. The habitat guide explores parks, cemeteries, waterways, streets, buildings and vacant lots, with tips on where and when to look. Ethical guidance prioritizes bird welfare: keep a respectful distance, avoid nests, playback and baiting, and protect sensitive locations when sharing sightings. ## Industries - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🎸 Camping Scouting and Outdoors _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ - 🐶 Pets and Animals - 🐶 Birds _(under Pets and Animals)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idQ394oA7F/w/820/h/820/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791492469029) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Merino | #f7f3e8 | accent | | Killarney | #2c5a3a | dark | | Driftwood | #b08053 | light | ## Fonts - var(--serif) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
