## Description

Robin Scharf is an Amsterdam-based venture builder who helps turn technical breakthroughs into usable products and growing businesses. Working across product, commercial strategy and operations, he supports ventures from the earliest MVP through monetization and the development of repeatable company processes. His work includes shaping product direction, building user interfaces and digital infrastructure, creating billing and customer workflows, and connecting technical delivery to business goals.

Scharf’s current projects span consumer services, veterinary technology and machine-learning-powered product matching. At LumiWed, he is CEO and sole founder, responsible for the product and business. At HorseUp, he leads the technical stack, including infrastructure, backend, AI and mobile apps, while contributing to funding work. For GitAJob, he has helped turn matching technology into a usable product by building its frontend, hosting, payments and supporting operations.

Previously, he helped guide Crozdesk through growth and acquisition, then supported Black & White Zebra’s post-acquisition expansion and platform integration.
