## Description

Roblex is an online currency exchange service in Peru, operated by Inversiones y Negocios Pardo S.A.C. and authorized by the country’s Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS). It helps individuals and businesses exchange US dollars and Peruvian soles, with customers able to check the current exchange rate and get a free quote online. To begin, users enter the amount they want to exchange, receive Roblex’s transfer details, and send funds digitally through their bank’s app or website or via Yape. Cash deposits are not accepted. Once the transfer is confirmed, the exchanged money is sent to the customer’s nominated account; verification typically takes about 15 minutes, or up to 24 hours for interbank transfers. Roblex also offers promotional codes, personalized exchange-rate alerts, an exchange-rate history, and resources such as frequently asked questions and CCI lookup information. The company reports serving more than 21,000 users and 1,700 affiliated businesses, with over 264,000 transactions completed. Its customer support is available on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
